Priya Venugopal
Priya Venugopal is an experienced educator who works with students to enhance their English language skills, helping them build confidence in communication through structured and engaging learning experiences. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked extensively in language instruction, digital literacy, and educational technology. As a former Technology Integrator at the American International School, Chennai, Priya played a key role in integrating technology into learning, guiding both students and teachers in using digital tools effectively.
Priya specializes in training students for Cambridge English exams, helping them develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to meet international proficiency standards. She holds a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from SUNY Buffalo, New York, along with a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. Her extensive credentials include certifications as an Apple Teacher, Google Certified Innovator, and Common Sense Educator, reinforcing her expertise in structured and impactful language training.
Beyond Cambridge exam coaching, Priya has led teacher training programs, student well-being initiatives, and corporate workshops, supporting educators and professionals in refining their communication and instructional strategies. As a former Wellbeing Coordinator, she played a pivotal role in fostering supportive learning environments. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Priya tailors her teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of her learners, ensuring engaging and results-driven learning experiences.
With a strong foundation in strategic execution, instructional design, and people management, Priya’s training programs are designed to be both impactful and engaging. Whether working with students, teachers, or professionals, she brings creativity, compassion, and innovation to every learning experience.
Cheryl Ann Fernandez
Co- Founder
Cheryl is a Trainer and Interpreter of Natural/ Indian Sign Language. She was one of the first people to train those interested in the congregation she was associated with and was instrumental in inspiring and training many to take up Sign Language interpretation. She has taken up assignments of interpreting at large conventions across India.
She was the Art Illustrator for a Paniya Tribal primer called PATTOLA. The primer is unique as the Paniya tribal language had no written script. ACCORD the NGO she worked with collaborated with The Central Institute of Indian Languages, Annamalai University, Tamil University, Bharathiar University, International Institute of Tamil Studies and the Educationists of ACCORD where in the Tamil script was modified and they created an orthographic system for the Paniya language.
Functioned as a core team member at ACCORD (Action for Community Organisation, Rehabilitation and Development), an NGO working with Tribals in the Nilgiris district, Tamil Nadu, for 12 years.
Has over 3 decades of experience in a variety of fields including being a consultant in design and interiors for an Architectural firm and is a real estate freelancer. She has managed branding and communications for many startups. She did a brief stint in 2017 as Director Branding and Communications – South East Asia for PURILAN SEA.
Her passion is painting and she specializes in wildlife and portrait art. Her very first exhibition was in 1994 in Ootacamund titled “The Asia Pacific Encounters. This was a collaboration by the Australian High Commission along with local artists to showcase the similarities between the Australian Aboriginal people and the Tribals of the Nilgiris.
Her art work has been auctioned in Germany to raise funds for the Gudalur Adivasi Tee Projekt. She has branded and designed T-Shirts and other products for fundraising at the Octoberfest in Germany. Her paintings were auctioned in Chennai at a private event to raise funds to support the treatment of terminally ill cancer patients.
Cheryl has a profound desire to impact humanity on a global scale through her art.
Dr. rer. nat. Aparna Pareek
Trainer – German Language
- A passionate scientist and academician turned German language trainer who has studied, worked and lived in Germany for about 8 years.
- Learnt initial levels of German language at Ruhr University Bochum, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany and completed Goethe Certificate C1 from Goethe Institute Chennai.
- Experience of teaching German CEFR levels A1 to B2 to people from all walks of life: School students (also German from CBSE Syllabus), College & University students (College/Univ. large batch assignments), working professionals (Corporate assignments) and language lovers of all ages.
- Earlier experience of teaching engineering Graduate and Post Graduate students at a reputed University.
Smita Shenoy
Trainer – German, French, Hindi and English Language
Specialization: French and German Language Trainer (A1-B2) (proficient in English , Hindi and Bengali).
- French DALF C1 certificate from Alliance Francaise de Madras.
- German C1 certificate from Goethe-Institut Chennai.
- 6+ years of experience teaching French and German to students of all ages, from school-level to professionals using engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Proven track record in preparing students for the DELF exams and the Goethe-Zertifikat exams and helping them clear it.
Medha G Belgaumkar
Trainer – German, Korean and French Language
- A passionate linguist who has taken a keen interest in language teaching.
- Certified Korean, French and German language teacher for the levels A1 to B2.
- French CEFR B1 certified from Alliance Française. Currently pursuing B2 level.
- Korean Language and Culture certification from IGNOU, Level 4 in TOPIK. Experienced in teaching for a year in Korean and French at Yenepoya University, Mangalore, as a resource person for their Multi-Interdisciplinary Elective (ME) courses.
- German B1 certified from Goethe Institute. Currently pursuing B2 CEFR.
- Holds a Masters Degree in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
- Worked as the Head of Department (French Language) in the School of Social work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore (Bachelors) from 2022 to 2024
- Worked at NITK, Surathkal as the resource person for French in the Liberal Arts Courses for one academic year, 2023
- Worked at Edvio Language Institute from the year 2021, training students from varied backgrounds – schools, engineers, dentists, nurses, working professionals, University students , pensioners etc.
Smita Tiwari
Trainer – English Language
Smita is a passionate educator with a unique combination of science, design and education, and a deep love for language.
On a sabbatical from a successful career in Interior Design, Smita worked part time as a Storyteller in a Chennai school to enhance language proficiency of Pre -Primary children in English and Hindi.
Her engagement with children and learning extended into the community as she played a key role in developing a lending library in the apartment complex.
She started a book club and reading workshops, introducing several children to the joys and intricacies of language and literature.
As a leading participant in local community initiatives toward environmental literacy, she participated in a campaign to create awareness about waste segregation in the locality and in schools.
Upon relocation from Chennai to Mumbai, she was invited to teach English at a leading I.C.S.E. school.
She now teaches English language and Literature to middle and senior school students across the ICSE, IGCSE and CBSE boards.
She has conducted creative writing and spoken English workshops for children.
She strives to impart knowledge in an effective and relatable manner, make learning interesting and interactive, help students achieve their goals and become confident, capable communicators.
Vaishnavi V
Trainer – Spanish Language
Vaishnavi V is a seasoned Spanish language trainer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in training individuals (A1 to B2 level) from diverse backgrounds, including school and college students, working professionals, and language enthusiasts. She has developed a unique expertise in corporate training, having successfully worked with professionals from reputed companies such as TCS, ZARA, PRODAPT and many more. Her focus is on helping corporate clients enhance their Spanish communication skills, enabling them to perform effectively in international business settings.
In addition to her corporate training experience, she has a strong background in educating college students and providing language translation and interpretation services.
She holds the Diploma Internacional de Español (B2 level), demonstrating her high level of proficiency in the Spanish language. She is also an engineer by education, with a B.E (hons) E.E.E degree from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Before transitioning into Spanish language specialization, she spent 6 years working in the IT industry, which gives her a unique ability to integrate structured, methodical approaches to language learning. This combination of technical expertise and language instruction allows her to design dynamic, engaging lessons that resonate with learners from various fields.
Passionate about language, culture, and education, she brings a personalized, interactive teaching style that has earned her a reputation for helping students achieve their language goals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books and watching sports, particularly cricket, which helps her stay balanced and inspired outside of her professional endeavors.
Her goal is to make the Spanish language accessible and enjoyable for all learners. Whether she is teaching beginners or advanced students, her dedication to fostering a supportive, motivating learning environment has been the key to her success.
Shwetaa S.H.
Trainer – Korean Language
Shwetaa is a Finance Management graduate who is also a very skilled Korean language trainer and interpreter. She is level 6 TOPIK certified. She has completed her advance levels at Korea University, South Korea. She has 4+ years of experience teaching and interpreting for various colleges, corporates and delegates.
She has taught more than 500 students in esteemed colleges such as SRM University and Hindustan Engineering college in Chennai.

She approaches the training in a unique professional manner by identifying the needs of the learners and curating a curriculum to meet individual needs. Her classes are fun and engaging and her methodologies like Project based learning methods, games and roleplays help students reinforce their knowledge of the language. Her classes have equipped students to master Korean Language Skills, get a grasp of the Korean culture and clear their certification.
Smriti
Trainer – German and Spanish language
Smriti is a German and Spanish language trainer with a special interest in linguistics. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for languages, and has been working as a trainer for over a decade now. She has extensive experience in conducting beginner and intermediate level courses for large corporates, private institutes, as well as individuals.
She has completed her German C2 certification at the Goethe-Institut, Bangalore, India. She obtained a scholarship to complete the C1.2 course at the Goethe-Institut, Göttingen, Germany. She learnt Spanish during her stay in California and is proficient in the language. She has an avid interest in the workings of languages, and has attended several linguistics courses as part of Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Program. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (VTU).
As a trainer, she makes use of a variety of resources (such as games, role plays, videos, songs, stories) to ensure a thorough understanding of the vocabulary and concepts, and the focus is always on the ability to communicate with confidence, both written and spoken.
